CCdesign Partnerships, founded by Carlina Chan in 2016, is a Calgary-based boutique interior design studio specializing in custom residential interiors. The studio focuses on creating thoughtful, functional homes that reflect each client’s lifestyle, needs, and aesthetic vision.
Carlina’s Design Philosophy
Carlina believes successful interior design goes beyond creating beautiful spaces. It’s about designing environments that support the way people live. Because interior spaces are fundamentally human spaces, her design approach considers ergonomics, daily habits, and how clients naturally interact with their homes.
By prioritizing comfort, functionality, and thoughtful planning, Carlina creates interiors that enhance well-being, improve efficiency, and simplify everyday living.
What Carlina Brings to Your Project
Carlina holds a Bachelor of Applied Interior Design from Mount Royal University. Prior to establishing CCdesign Partnerships, she worked in prominent Calgary architectural firms, designing both residential and commercial interior spaces.
She is also a LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and holds a Visual Communication (Graphic Design) degree from the University of Alberta.
With this multidisciplinary background, Carlina brings a well-rounded perspective to every project, combining creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic problem-solving to deliver thoughtful and enduring design solutions.

“Carlina worked with me to develop what I was looking for despite the fact that my ideas were all very general in nature and she was able to refine them into the final product. Carlina has a very good sense of space and light and an excellent eye for colours and textures. In addition to the foregoing she always provided me options for consideration as well as price comparisons so I would have a good idea of the financial commitment that I would be making and took care of ordering all cabinetry, stone, tile and fixtures. She also coordinated all installations within the contractor and as I was out of town during the renovation, kept me apprised of the status of the project including work in progress photos. In short, the services she provided were excellent.”
